About the Role:

As a Civil Project Manager at Diverse Civil, you will manage multiple civil projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors, making key decisions that impact project success and profitability. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, technical expertise, and commercial insight will be valued and rewarded.

What You'll Do:

  • Review and interpret project documentation including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Lead post-tender meetings and manage pre-contract negotiations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project delivery across multiple sites.
  • Prepare and monitor project programs; manage EOT claims.
  • Maintain quality, safety, environmental, and risk management documentation.
  • Report project progress and prepare progress claims and invoices.
  • Manage variations, RFIs, subcontractors, and supplier relationships.
  • Resolve project defects and manage disputes effectively.
  • Implement commercial controls to maximise project profitability.
  • Mentor junior project managers, contributing to a high-performing team culture.

  • Proven experience managing multiple civil construction projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on cost efficiency and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on approach and ability to work closely with site teams.
  • Knowledge of project controls, quality assurance, and risk management systems.
