We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Civil Construction Supervisors, Leading Hands, Plant Operators, Pipelayers, and Labourers to join our team. If you are motivated, hard-working, and passionate about working in the construction industry, we want to hear from you


Position Overview

We are looking for experienced civil construction professionals to contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects. Successful candidates will work as part of a dynamic team across various construction sites, performing tasks that support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervisors & Leading Hands

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.
  • Supervise and coordinate teams of plant operators, pipelayers, and labourers.
  • Ensure all staff follow safety procedures, site rules, and company policies.
  • Support HR in the implementation of workplace policies, including incident reporting and hazard management.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training to team members.
  • Monitor work quality and productivity, and report any issues to management.
  • Maintain site records, including daily logs, attendance, and equipment usage.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.

Plant Operators

  • Operate machinery including graders, dozers, excavators, loaders, skid steers, and rollers.
  • Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on machinery.
  • Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and other workers to complete tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and standards on site.
  • Perform work to the highest safety standards.

Pipelayers

  • Lay and install pipeline systems and other underground services, including potable water, recycled water, sewer, and stormwater projects.
  • Excavate trenches and prepare sites for installation.
  • Read and interpret project plans and drawings.
  • Ensure quality assurance in line with project specifications.
  • Perform work to the highest safety standards.

Civil Construction Labourers

  • Undertake general site labouring duties including digging, trenching, and basic manual handling tasks.
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
  • Operate hand and power tools as required.
  • Perform work to the highest safety standards.
  • Support plant operators and pipelayers as needed.
