As a Gaming Supervisor at the Windsor RSL Club, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the gaming floor. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating gaming activities, overseeing gaming staff, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued members and guests.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supervising and directing gaming staff to ensure gaming areas are well-maintained and operations run seamlessly
- Addressing and resolving any customer queries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring gaming floor activity and ensuring compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and club policies
- Conducting gaming floor audits and providing detailed reports to management
- Assisting with the training and development of gaming staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Actively participating in the continuous improvement of gaming operations and procedures

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a gaming role
- Hold RSA, RCG & ARCG certificates
- Thorough understanding of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in the use of gaming-related software and systems, IGT preferred but not essential
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment
- Ability to work rotating roster including nights and weekends
