**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service to club members and guests, ensuring their needs are not just met, but exceeded.
- Provide supervision and guidance to staff across diverse departments, including bar, gaming, restaurant, and events.
- Ensure the seamless day-to-day functioning of the club, maintaining adherence to policies and procedures.
- Support and mentor new team members to ensure smooth integration into the club environment.
- Handle customer queries or issues promptly and professionally, striving for effective resolution.
- Uphold compliance with pertinent legislation, including responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality, showcasing effective leadership skills.
- Strong customer service ethos coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation such as NSW RSA and RCG certifications.
- Exceptional organizational aptitude, with a keen eye for detail and adept multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive demeanour, exemplary work ethic, and a genuine dedication to delivering top-notch service.
