We have an exciting position available for a motivated individual to join our team as a **Casual Club Operations/Relieving Supervisor**at South Tweed Sports Club. As Casual Club Operations/Relieving Supervisor the role will also entail operational shifts which may include restaurant, café, gaming attendant, gaming cashier, bar, and function shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to club members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Supervise and support staff members across various departments, including bar, gaming, restaurant, and events.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the club and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to new staff members.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisor role at a previous employer, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including RSA and RCG certifications.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

**Salary**: $28.46 - $56.93 per hour

- NSW RSA/RCG (required)

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
