The Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program is designed to help you transition from student to a confident clinician. You'll be supported and inspired every step of the way. 

What You'll Do 

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy in environments that matter most to participants -homes, schools, workplaces, and communities.
  • Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create innovative solutions.
  • Build meaningful relationships that drive positive change with participants.

Your First Year Includes: 

  • Comprehensive Induction: Your first month is dedicated to building foundational skills and understanding interdisciplinary teamwork.
  • 1:1 Clinical Supervision: Get personalised guidance from experienced mentors and supervisors to enhance your clinical confidence and skills
  • Structured Learning: Dive into both interdisciplinary and discipline-specific modules, covering the fundamentals of therapy planning, high-impact interventions, multi-modal communication, and managing complex behaviours.

What You'll Need 

  • A recently completed Speech Pathologist degree and current (or pending) SPA registration.
  • Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work in community settings.
