About the Role
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Operations Team in Melbourne. Working with the broader Operations team on DUAL’s innovative online trading platform, WebRater 2.0, you will deliver a clean and exceptional user experience and customer journey.
This role sees responsibility for:
- Design and implementation of feasible solutions to satisfy user needs
- Assist with the establishment of a UX Design process within the business
- Working alongside DUAL’s data team and business analyst, having an appreciation of the importance of data analytics and how this can be used in UX/UI
About You
As an experienced UX/UI Designer you will bring extensive experience in delivering end to end projects from brief to launch. You will enjoy working collectively with the broader team to ensure user requirements are acquired, considered and applied and are confident in working to tight deadlines, and are able to respond accordingly where requirements change at short notice.
As a dedicated and hard-working designer you will have up-to-date knowledge of current trends and have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Previous experience within insurance or the financial services industry is desirable however not essential for this role.
