Environment

A leading SaaS company in the healthcare sector is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience of their cutting-edge medical software. This is a hands-on design role that also requires consulting the business, providing design leadership, and taking initiative in driving best-practice UX.

What you will do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to consult, challenge, and guide design decisions in line with user needs and product vision.
  • Take initiative in defining and shaping user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Participate in user feedback sessions and usability testing to refine and validate designs.

What you have done

  • 4+ years' experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating consultative design work (not just execution).
  • Skilled in leading conversations with business stakeholders while also being comfortable doing hands-on design.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Desirable (but not essential): Experience designing enterprise dashboards, knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS), or motion design.
