**Your new role**
Work with the Corporate Communications team and stakeholders to manage digital platforms. Manage and publish content across digital platforms ensuring all branding is consistent and aligned. Manage the backend of digital platforms to ensure they are consistently in operational ready state, always ‘live’, manage deployments, and update backend analytics.
- Develop and deliver strategically aligned internal and external digital communications, website, and other content across all digital platforms
- Manage internal and external digital platforms in collaboration with the Communications Corporate Affairs team including overseeing appropriate governance controls
- Provide analytics and generation of reports across digital platforms
- Develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Digital Channels (Website, Internal Intranet, Yammer)
- Responsible for all website updates, Empower (Internal Intranet) updates (new pages, updating permissions, design discussions), Yammer (employee social platform)
- Manage the backend of digital platforms to ensure they are consistently in operational ready state, always ‘live’, manage deployments, update backend analytics
- Posting & publishing of collateral and content across digital platforms
- Ensure all images and branding is consistent across digital platforms
- Create new website webpage pages, intranet new page & current pages updates
- Promote the use of digital platforms (Empower, Yammer)
- Keeping ‘live’ feeds accurate - Yammer, LinkedIn, Videos, CEO messages
- Posting of campaign related collateral and content
- Providing impromptu and formal Yammer training
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Essential knowledge of web design and content management systems.
- Self starter and ability to manage internal and external digital channels autonomously - most importantly intranet - key communications channel for employees
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Experience with web analytic tools (Google & Microsoft)
- Experience using Bananatag/contact monkey preferred
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JS and other web technologies
- Essential Digital Platforms experience:
- Essential Website CMS
- Nice to have:
- Sharepoint - Intranet Content Management System
- Google / Microsoft analytics
- Contact Monkey/ Banana Tag
