We are now seeking an experienced **Recruitment Coordinator** to join our Perth-based team to help support our clients in the mining sector for various blue-collar roles.

**About the Role**
- This includes: _
- Sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, evaluating, and referencing to ensure the highest calibre of talent is progressed.
- Ensuring the mobilisation process is as smooth as possible.
- Following our systems/processes and manage the shared database effectively.
- Working directly with client group to maintain and build client relationships, supporting their growing workforce needs and managing their expectations.

You will report to our Human Resources Manager and update the team regularly on recruitment and client activity.

**Role Requirements**
- At least one year of recruiter / recruitment experience.
- Previous mobilisation experience is highly desired but not essential.
- Prior work in the mining sector is critical.
- Tertiary education in a similar field is preferred but not essential.
- Successful applicants must have excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage a busy workload and be motivated to work in this fast-paced, exciting team environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and the Google Suite.
- Able to adapt to new technology and our Applicant Tracking System and CRM.
- Reside in Western Australia with full working rights.
