We are currently recruiting for a Product Development Coordinator for a large Client in the construction domain.

**About the role**

Assist and coordinate with the product development team in all aspects of product development and processes involved in bringing product to market.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing and tracking the sample and production process
- Assisting the Product Managers in the sampling approval process
- Liaising with our offshore suppliers and factories
- Following up shipping requests and working closely with our customers inventory planning team
- Maintaining effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers
- Coordinating samples for photo shoots, advertising and sign offs
- Managing a wide range of administrative tasks while supporting and assisting an energetic team. Developing strong rapport with internal and external contacts.

**Skills and experience**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong desire to work in a team environment are essential.
- You will bring your intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint to this diverse role.
- You will have exceptional organizational skills, have a high level of attention to detail and be able to manage competing priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of production methods and the ability to manage a challenging workload and meet deadlines is essential.
