**About the role**:
- Coordinate with Events teams, Executive Assistants, Team Assistants, managers and leaders across the organisation regarding travel arrangements
- As the conduit between the CBRE team and our external travel management provider, you will coordinate, and manage travel arrangements for the CBRE Pacific team
- Travel arrangements include, flights, accommodation, transport and other details as required
- Provide proactive communication, calendar management and detailed invitations
- Ensure internal stakeholders are educated and adhere to CBRE travel policies and protocols
- Utilise feedback and hyper care to implement process improvement to travel management processes and procedures.
**About you**:
- Demonstrated experience in travel coordination (domestic, regional and/or international)
- Relationship focused, with highly developed, polished communication skills
- An enthusiastic collaborator, who can work with a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), travel booking systems coupled with ability and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, manage and prioritise workflow, and anticipate needs for team members and the business before they arise
- Passionate about providing superior customer service and ensuring a seamless client experience.
