You’re super organised and are great with things like scheduling, booking things in and liaising with people. You’re also agile and can adapt to things changing quickly.
You’re a real softwares person
- you love diving in and learning all the ways it can be used, how to make it as user friendly as you can and helping other people to learn the software. You have a real eye for details, and you will dig and dig until you find the problem and get it fixed/cleaned up.
You love working in small businesses because you’re always busy, doing all different kinds of things and keep growing & learning new things. You’re not too good for anything and are always willing to roll your sleeves up and help out.
This role is for our client Greenstar Water Solutions. They need an Admin Assistant who is a software whizz to help with the scheduling & coordination of jobs and general office admin.
It’s a vital role and you will be a go-to person for the team, and having someone great in this seat helps the entire company run more efficiently. This person will also help the owner focus more on the design side and be less bogged down in the admin/details. They need someone who is good with numbers and can assist with accounting and bookkeeping.
A large part of the role uses Simpro software. It is a key for this business and a bonus if this person is either familiar with it or willing to learn more and do a course.
The owner is a lovely man, and staff who have left the company have come back because of how much they enjoy the culture. It’s a chill place to work, with a good atmosphere.
The role is full-time, in Gosford and they’re flexible around start & finish times.
