FXP Estate Agents – Central Coast NSW

FXP Estate Agents is expanding and we're looking for a motivated Sales & Leasing Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for mums or parents returning to the workforce, or anyone wanting flexibility around school schedules, family commitments, or lifestyle needs.

You can choose part-time or full-time hours, and we offer work-from-home options for administrative, customer communication and CRM-related tasks. On-site work such as open homes and inspections can be scheduled around your availability, with Saturday preferred.

With more than four decades of national agency experience, FXP offers the support of an established business with the personalised, family-friendly environment of a boutique agency.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting with sales and leasing campaigns
  • Managing the CRM, enquiries, and follow-ups (WFH-friendly)
  • Preparing emails, marketing, contracts, and admin (WFH-friendly)
  • Conducting open homes, buyer appointments, and inspections
  • Supporting buyers and tenants with communication and updates
  • Working Saturdays, with a rostered weekday off (for full-time)
  • Receiving ongoing training and mentorship from a supportive team
We're Looking For
  • Strong communication, admin, and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation and time-management
  • Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
  • Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
  • Someone who values flexibility, balance, and a collaborative environment
What We Offer
