**About Us**:
At Mann St Dental Clinic, we pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art facilities and commitment to providing high-quality dental care to our patients. As a fairly new clinic with modern equipment, we are rapidly growing our patient base and expanding our team to accommodate three additional chairs. We are currently seeking a receptionist who is not only experienced in dental clinic operations but also possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for dentistry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients to our modern and comfortable clinic.
- Efficiently manage appointments, schedules, and patient records using the EXACT practice management software.
- Provide seamless support to our dental team in delivering top-tier care.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and maintaining patient files.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient support both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure optimal patient flow and smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our modern reception area.
- Effectively address inquiries and provide information to patients about our services and policies.
- Offer assistance with translation for bilingual patients (if applicable).

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a dental clinic is required.
- Proficiency in EXACT practice management software is highly preferred.
- Experience as a dental assistant is a valuable asset.
- While bilingual skills are preferred, they are not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A compassionate, friendly, and empathetic attitude towards patients.
- A genuine passion for dentistry and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Working Hours**:

- Initially, this position is part-time with flexible hours.
- There is significant potential for the role to expand to full-time based on performance and the needs of our growing clinic.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $47,655.67 - $81,815.26 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 38 per week
