We're looking for a Support Engineer who's enthusiastic to apply their skills in a fast-paced technical environment. In this role, you'll be supporting customers, working with our in-house software and hardware engineering teams, and staying on top of basic office admin tasks. What We're Looking For:

  • Engagement, enthusiasm and a passion for technology
  • Qualifications and experience in programming/scripting (preferably Javascript frameworks)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical trouble-shooting and debugging skills
  • Very good attention to detail
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Software Development, Computer Science or a related/equivalent field

  • Bonus points for:

  • Experience with electronics

  • Experience using a command line
  • Experience with UNIX (Linux or MacOS)
  • Experience with debugging tools like VSCode
