✨ Team Ooshman Waterloo is Hiring - Store Manager ✨
We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Manager to lead our team at Ooshman Waterloo.
Responsilities
**Team Leadership**: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing staff schedules, training new employees, and fostering a positive work environment to ensure high morale and productivity.
**Customer Service**: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met by training staff and addressing customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
**Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and conduct regular stock checks to ensure availability while minimising waste.
**Sales and Promotions**: Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue and enhance customer engagement.
**Financial Management**: Manage cash handling procedures, including daily cash reconciliation, and oversee the POS system for accurate transactions and reporting.
**Store Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organised store environment, both front of house and back of house, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Performance Monitoring**: Analyse sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance store operations.
**Staff Development**: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to improve skills and foster career growth.
**Problem-Solving**: Address any operational issues that arise, from staffing challenges to customer service concerns, ensuring swift resolutions to maintain store efficiency.
**Community Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and the community to enhance store visibility and foster a loyal customer base.
**Oven management, Pizza & wrap Making**: Skillfully prepare and create pizzas & wraps according to established recipes and customer preferences. This includes rolling out dough, selecting and adding toppings, and ensuring that each pizza is cooked to perfection, upholding quality and consistency in every order. Manage the orders processing from the oven, pack and organise for the pickups and deliveries.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
