About us

USTORE operates a premier Asian supermarket in Sydney. The store specializes in a wide range of imported Asian goods. The supermarket also sells products on online platforms. USTORE has a sub-brand, UBOTTLE, which is a premium wine retailer featuring Asian wines. USTORE is seeking an experienced retail manager to join the team full-time. To apply for this position, you need to have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar role.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Determine product mix and stock levels to meet customer demands and seasonal trends.

· Develop strategies for sourcing products, setting competitive pricing, and executing in-store promotions.

· Create marketing campaigns and advertisements to highlight new arrivals, seasonal products, and special offers.

· Assist customers in product selection, provide advice on product use, and ensure excellent service.

· Track inventory levels and monitor financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting.

· Plan and manage the store's budget, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources.

· Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

· Maintain all safety standards, including food handling and general store safety regulations.

As a qualified candidate, we hope you:

· Have relevant management degree.

· Have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar retail manager role.

· Have excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI's
