**About us**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Determine product mix and stock levels to meet customer demands and seasonal trends.
- Develop strategies for sourcing products, setting competitive pricing, and executing in-store promotions.
- Create marketing campaigns and advertisements to highlight new arrivals, seasonal products, and special offers.
- Assist customers in product selection, provide advice on product use, and ensure excellent service.
- Track inventory levels and monitor financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting.
- Plan and manage the store’s budget, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain all safety standards, including food handling and general store safety regulations.
- Have relevant management degree.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar retail manager role.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI’s
- Have a passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
- Have a ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities.

**Salary**: $85000 per year

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
