**In this role, you will**
- Support our **South East**Metro branches** by being the first point of contact for our customers
- Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best matches their needs and ensuring they receive a seamless, consistent, and customised customer service experience every step of the way.
- Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured Lending and banking transactions
- Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure
- Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance your career development

**Multiple positions 32+ hours per week.**_It is essential you have your own transport and can travel between locations to support our branches and customers covering unplanned and planned leave. *Mileage is paid._**

**All positions are 5 days per week - Monday to Friday, within the operating hours of 9:00am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am-5:30pm Friday**

Our Metro South East Branches include Bentleigh, Chadstone SC, Dandenong, Elsternwick, Fountain Gate SC, Frankston, Keysborough, Malvern, Mulgrave Waverley Gardens SC, Middle Brighton, Mentone, Southland SC, Oakleigh, Springvale.
