**What will you do?**

We are looking for a motivated Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. You will work closely with our other marketing executives to market our retirement villages throughout Australia.

You will be a key person when it comes to the creation and delivery of our marketing plans/campaigns including;
- Idea generation
- Direct marketing, advertising and promotions
- Producing marketing collateral
- Running digital campaigns
- Event planning,
- Conducting analysis and adapting future campaigns
