**Your Role**:
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
- Look for opportunity to review current processes to ensure optimum efficiency, and to greater service the needs of our members and partners.
- Encourage innovation across the team, never afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Manage multiple demands and shifting priorities, modifies approach to suit different environments.
- Understand partner profitability commercials & the levers which drive the results.
- Develop a strategic focus on the Marketing approach for Partner campaigns.
- Manage, develop and deliver Flybuys activations including Campaign setup and implementation, brief development and post campaign reviews.
- Responsible for the campaign process to bring marketing plans to fruition (insight, analytics, creative, execution, PIR, feedback into strategy).
- Support the development of ‘best practice’ strategic commercial marketing and activation plans, to ensure integration and consistent customer propositions aligned with commercial outcomes.
- Work with the Partner Relationship Manager to develop new campaign strategies to deliver enhanced customer engagement and campaign returns.
- Cultivate relationships across functions of marketing, analytics, operations and finance to deliver agreed commercial outcomes with Partners.

**Your Experience**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Business or Marketing, or equivalent Industry experience.
- Strong understanding of retail category needs & requirements.
- The capacity to work effectively and deliver high quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, below the line practice ideals.
- Ability to liaise at a range of stakeholder management levels, with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to generate and/or interpret data insights to drive campaign objectives.
- Experience with EDM, programmatic and social media marketing channels.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise workload, and escalate issues when required.
- Naturally collaborative with a strong emphasis on building and leveraging relationships both internally and externally.
- Able to present confidently to a variety of audiences and the ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
