**The Role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the key purpose of the Campaign Manager is to manage delivery of campaigns, ensuring alignment to objectives and optimisation across all elements of the campaign mix. Part of a dynamic team, you will provide end-to-end support for campaign planning, development, and execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end campaign planning, ideation and management
- Support project management of campaign deliverables and timelines ensuing up-to-date tracking of remaining deliverables and deadlines
- Contribute to successful campaign operation across all elements and touchpoints
- Contribute to ensuring that all elements of the campaign are optimised to deliver campaign objective
- Accountable for on-time delivery of nominated campaigns or elements of campaigns
- Contribute to campaign reporting that drives insights for future activity
- Contribute to end-to-end compliance of campaigns across all corporate policies and legal requirements
- Strong foundational marketing knowledge
- Understanding of Retailing environment and operations, or ability to develop understanding quickly (experience in POS collateral is required)
- Understanding of print specs and best practice creative for different print executions
- Able to proof artwork and copy
- An understanding of digital marketing and a desire to learn more
- High attention to detail and analytically minded
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to design and put in place systems to streamline communication and collection/disbursement of information to multiple sites and stakeholder
