Alchemy Saunas is seeking a confident and reliable **Front of House team member** to join our crew across our **Port Beach and Point Walter** venues. This **part-time, contracted** position is ideal for someone looking for **consistent hours (25-30 per week)** in a role that values independence, connection, and care.

You’ll be working outdoors by the ocean and river, creating beautiful experiences for our guests - whether it's at sunrise or sunset.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A warm, friendly and grounded energy
- Confidence working solo and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Maturity and initiative when managing venue responsibilities
- High standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- An appreciation for health, wellness, and being outside in nature

**What You’ll Do**:

- Host guests and ensure they feel welcomed, supported, and informed
- Manage check-ins, bookings, and basic enquiries
- Maintain a clean, ambient, and safe outdoor environment
- Open or close the venue depending on the shift
- Represent Alchemy Saunas with care and consistency
- Work independently while being backed by a supportive operations team

**Shifts & Schedule**:

- 4 shifts per week preferred (approx. 25-30 hours), but open to 3-5 shifts for the right person
- A mix of weekday and weekend shifts
- Shifts range from 5 to 8 hours, includes both early morning and evening shifts
- Outdoor shifts across Port Beach and Point Walter locations
- We’re flexible - if you only want mornings or evenings, let us know
