Alchemy Saunas is looking for a practical, resourceful, and reliable all-rounder to keep our venues running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves variety - one day you might be moving equipment or assembling furniture, the next you might be greeting members and helping with a session set-up.

About the Role

As a Venue All-Rounder, you'll be our go-to person for those jobs that keep the magic happening behind the scenes. Your tasks will include:

  • Light Maintenance: Basic repairs, using tools, and keeping venues looking their best
  • Set-Ups & Moves: Moving furniture, equipment, and stock between venues
  • Venue Support: Assisting with event or venue set-ups, supporting the team with on-the-ground tasks
  • Occasional FOH Shifts: Welcoming members, helping them settle in, and ensuring a great experience when extra support is needed

This is a highly practical role, perfect for someone who likes to stay active and problem-solve on the fly.

  • Handy & Practical: Confident using basic tools and taking initiative with simple fixes
  • Driver's Licence: Essential (you'll drive between venues when required)
  • Organised & Reliable: You get things done and can prioritise on the go
  • Flexible: Happy to jump in on FOH shifts when the team needs support
  • Daytime Availability: Perfect for a uni student or someone looking for flexible weekday and weekend hours
