Florian is seeking full time front of house team member to grow with our small team.

We are looking for friendly individuals who have a love of produce and wine, experience in team management and fast paced customer service skills.

We are seeking a full time front of house shift manager to work closely with our full time team and venue manager.

Florian is run by two young women who work alongside a creative and skilled team striving to create a space for delicious food, warm service and showcasing producers we believe in.

Florian offers friendly service, consistent coffee, generous seasonal menus, a special wine list and series of exciting events in our space.

The store is fast paced and requires a person with this experience on the floor. (Coffee experience is also ideal but not crucial)

Taking on responsibilities to run the week's service smoothly and provide a generous experience to our customers and community in the Rathdowne Village. This involves managing the FOH team, keeping our space orderly and liaising as one with the kitchen.

Our venue offers a breakfast, lunch and Friday evening service. We work with high quality suppliers, artisans and ask that service can represent these.

We also have an in-house catering team and homewares brand to be aware of and work around.
