**The Position**
**St John of God Subiaco Hospital **is a world-class private hospital offering the highest quality medical and surgical care in a warm and welcoming environment. Many of Perth’s leading specialist physicians and surgeons practice at our 578 bed hospital, allowing our patients access to a comprehensive range of services. Our hospital is located in the heart of Subiaco close to stylish cafes, boutiques and with easy access to the train station.

- **Administrative Assistant** to join our friendly team on
- **Medical Teaching Unit**. The
- **Administrative Assistant** is responsible for providing a highly professional standard of secretarial services and administrative/clerical support to the
- **Medical Teaching Unit.**
- The
- **Medical Teaching Unit** works closely with junior doctors, consultants, directors of clinical training and the Director of Postgraduate Medical Education to facilitate the recruitment, rostering, education and wellbeing of interns, residents and registrars
- This position is on a Casual basis.
- Knowledge of Junior Doctor roles and/or previous experience in a health care setting is highly regarded._
- An ability to work within and contribute to the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a courteous manner whilst conveying a high level of professionalism.
- An ability to prioritise and multitask to achieve desired results; and ability to coordinate, problem solve and organise resources to maximise all opportunities.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service, including a high level of clear, concise written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Microsoft office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet with the ability to display the documentation in a professional manner.
