Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for keeping complex projects running smoothly? We're seeking a dynamic Project Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role:

As the Project Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our project operations — ensuring documentation is accurate, schedules are up to date, and communication flows seamlessly between internal teams, contractors, and clients. Your support will be critical to maintaining momentum across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day admin support to project managers and teams
  • Prepare, format, and distribute project documents, reports, meeting minutes, and schedules
  • Maintain registers and control systems (drawings, RFIs, approvals, revisions)
  • Manage correspondence and project filing in line with compliance standards
  • Coordinate project meetings, track attendance and action items
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoice processing, and cost-tracking spreadsheets
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely project updates and support

What You'll Bring:

  • 2 - 4 years' experience in project or site administration
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Admin, Project Management, or similar (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Experience in Construction, Mining, Infrastructure, or Engineering environments is highly regarded
