**What you will do**:

- Manage the planning and delivery of construction projects
- Develop and implement project management plans to ensure the success of projects
- Manage the scope and design phase including the management of the design team
- Ensure projects adhere to the autism friendly design guidelines
- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met
- Define project scope, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor progress of the projects including risks, issues and dependencies
- Establish and maintain project governance, including leading Project Control Groups
- Provide timely and accurate financial and performance reporting including progress claims, payments, variations and project updates as required

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, business or other relevant areas
- At least eight years’ experience in project management across multiple projects
- Strong understanding of all technical, financial, planning and legal components associated with project management
- Strong track record in delivering projects, from inception to completion
- Knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations and codes
- Demonstrated effective leadership and project management skills
- High-level knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Project and Word
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel to regional and interstate sites from time to time
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working with Children Check clearance (NSW) and National Police Clearance
