Exciting opportunity to join our Wireless Project Delivery team as a SAED Program Manager.
About the Role

ServiceStream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Wireless Project Delivery Team.

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Flexible Location

Reporting Line: Project Director

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Acquisition, Design as part of large-scale deployment projects.
- Communicating with team members and leadership and ensuring that deliverables and milestones are met within schedule.
- Create dashboards for each of the disciplines to aid self-service, management and client reporting.
- Close liaison and reporting to clients, management, and other stakeholders.
- Full understanding of the scope of work for all projects in the program.
- Articulation of the Critical Path items, the risks associated with those items, costs, and delays and whether there are any viable mitigations.
- Communication of the project goals and status of work.
- Work closely with Delivery Teams to expedite delivery.
- Accountable for on time delivery and to the required quality, all in accordance with Service Stream and the client’s policies, procedures, and values
- Assist with the recruitment and development of all internal resources.
- Work with the procurement team to ensue suitably qualified external resources are available to assist with the delivery of the project, where required.
- Thoroughly understand all Client Contract objectives and obligations (including time, quality, price, KPI and process management). Ensure the team also fully understand the objectives and obligations and that they are administered and implemented by all.
- Maximise existing business relationships by identifying further opportunities to grow existing business.
- Communicate relevant Service Stream information and business objectives to to the team enabling them to effectively carry out their functions.
- Assist staff with training “on the job” as required and provide one on one coaching.
- Adopt proactive and responsive can do customer service attitude and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
- Provide Management with Strategic, tactical and innovative delivery solutions.

About You
- Demonstrated major project experience, minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets,, consultants, and clients
- Extensive experience in managing the RFSAED phase of Wireless telecommunication rollout projects.
- Strong technical and project deployment rollout including Site Design, Acquisition, town Planning, for Greenfield, Upgrade and Small Cell projects.
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance
- Solid working knowledge of Occupation Health and Safety.
- Excellent client management Skills
- Strong skills in management of teams.
- Exceptional demonstration of commercial acumen, problem-solving, strategic, tactical and innovative skills.
- Degree qualifications in Engineering, Building or Property related discipline (preferred)
