**The Opportunity**
**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide accurate and timely advice to students on program progression, administration and enrolment.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone and online enquiries.
- Provide accurate program information, eligibility, and enrolment advice.
- Assist participants with preparation of key enrolment documentation.
- Accurate management of the student database and use of other systems.
**What sets you apart from the rest?**
- Demonstrated administrative skills and the ability to maintain databases and experience supporting requirements of a program.
- Experience resolving problems using judgement when responding to issues and discerning when issues should be escalated.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Attention to detail.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace.
