Are you looking to progress your career in **telecommunications**, or **technical and customer support?**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing an **outstanding level of** **customer service** and experience
- Answering inbound calls in a friendly and timely manner
- Attend to Customer Support tickets promptly and professionally
- Assisting customers with Technical Support queries across all products.
- Provisioning of company sales across all services including: 13/1300/1800 numbers, live answering services, Hosted PBX and VoIP services, broadband connections, mobile and other telecommunication services.
- Accurate data entry into all systems including CRM and billing.
- Liaising with suppliers, wholesalers and providers

**What we are looking for**
- Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience (required)
- Previous experience in telecommunication or tech (required)
- Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Committed to providing the highest level of customer experience
- Highly energetic, pro-active, self-motivated and well organised
- Currently attending to or have completed a Tertiary Qualification in Business, IT, Science, Marketing, Finance, Commerce or similar
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experienced with Technology

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
