This role will utilise your deep Learning and Organisational Development experience to lead the development of organisational culture, capability and performance.

About the Position

Lead and develop an Organisational Development Officer

Design and manage the end-to-end rollout of learning initiatives

Design, develop and implement an organisational training calendar incorporating organisational needs and demands

Design and manage the development of communication strategies, project plans, systems, processes, tools, and key metrics analysis to embed successful programs

Design and manage programs and initiatives to build the capability of our leaders and employees

Oversee the Divisional and Annual Award program

Oversee the end-to-end Performance Planning & Development Cycle

Manage the bi-annual Employee Engagement Survey program

Skills and Experience

Sound learning and development principles and practices

Experience delivering programs within a broader OD framework

Able to design and deliver learning programs

Tech savvy for Performance and Development tools, Learning Management systems etc

Experience in project delivery and managing multiple milestones concurrently

**Requirements**:
Satisfactory National Police Check

Related tertiary qualifications in HR/Learning Development/Organisational Development or similar discipline

Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment would be advantageous

Experience in Local Government is highly desirable
