**Job Description**:
As Organizational Development (OD) Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of organizational capability initiatives. This role will work with the General Manager Organisational Development on projects and support the delivery of organisational development initiatives that enhance business performance, including employee engagement, performance, employee experience, talent and leadership development.

As the Organizational Development Advisor you will:

- Support the OD team across all the key initiatives of our People Strategy globally including the development of Project plans, benchmarking, and research activities.
- Contribute and support key streams of work within the Inclusion and Diversity, Employee Experience, performance, Culture and talent initiatives.
- Managing program plans with Business Diversity leads, ERG’s, and Inclusion and Diversity steering committee activity to ensure alignment and strong governance.
- Lead the co-ordination of Leadership assessments globally and evolve the program based on stakeholder input.
- Support the development of Tool kits, job aids, training, capability frameworks to enable successful adoption of initiatives globally
- Provide education and expert facilitation and coaching to HR community, people leaders and executives regarding OD concepts, methods, and tools.
- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives, and monitor/measure, analyse and present data trends to the executive team to drive change.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Experience as an HR Business Partner and/or OD advisor cluding global program deployment responsibilities.
- Experience in supporting and leading HR and business transformation/change
- Prior experience in supporting Diversity, employee experience, talent, performance initiatives in a global matrixed environment would be highly regarded.
- Prior experience supporting change initiatives, including learning programs with demonstrated track record of proficient project management skills with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic orientation and critical thinking skills balanced with strong emotional intelligence
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels within the organization
- Competent using Microsoft office suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
