About the business

**About the role**

**Responsibilities will include**
- Processing of purchase orders (using the Branded Products® job management platform)
- Coordinating end-to-end production of jobs (using the Branded Products® job management platform)
- Liaising between clients on all artwork approvals, to deliver accurate finished jobs
- Ensuring all jobs are completed on time and recorded accurately
- Providing outstanding customer service

**Other duties include but not limited to**
- Customer service support
- Other general office duties as required.

**Skills and experience**
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in the promotional merchandise industry (preferred, but not essential)
- Proven ability to work autonomously and be reliable with strong work ethics
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Punctual and reliable
- Own Transport
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
