We have two businesses under one roof at our HQ in Carrum Downs.

The Big Clean Co is a cleaning services provider in and around Melbourne’s South East, Bayside, and Mornington Peninsula suburbs. We’ve been operating since 2017 and are dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning solutions for residential, NDIS and end of lease cleaning clients. For All Australia is our ecommerce brand, growing exponentially in the last 18 months, and providing tens of thousands of homes across Australia & the world with a non-toxic eco friendly cleaning detergent. With the recent introduction of our laundry detergent, For Laundry, as well as our cloths and spray bottles, we’re providing more and more homes with a range of products that are safe and effective on clothes & all hard surfaces. We’re known and trusted by Professionals Cleaners across the world and are continuing to disrupt the cleaning product industry with our commitment to transparency & simplifying cleaning.

**Our Team**:
We are a small, fast paced and fun team, who work daily in our office + warehouse. We also have lots of superstar cleaners who come and go from the office daily.

We pride ourselves on having a team who work well alongside each other, understand the business goals, and strive to grow together.

**The Role**:
You will be someone who brings an enthusiastic energy to our team and is ready to tackle tasks head on.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high level support to the admin team
- Reply & follow up on enquiries in a timely manner
- Answering incoming calls
- Provide assistance to clients & customers via phone
- Any adhoc tasks as needed
- Printing

Requirements and skills:

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem solving skills
- Enthusiasm towards tasks
