We are currently looking for a **Resource Scheduling Coordinator** to join our highly successful professional services business unit in our Brisbane office.
**Resource Scheduling Coordinator** will support delivery teams by ensuring that there are adequate and competent human, project and technical resources available to deliver on all clients’ expectations and contracts.
Work closely with the Project Management team to co-ordinate activities and resources in support of projects that impact multiple departments, systems/workflows with low to moderate risk complexity or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk or complexity.

**Your workday will involve engaging in a variety of tasks to**:
- As a Resource Coordinator you will be responsible for Identifying and assigning resources, ensure workable project plans, manage and maintain resource utilization & resource schedules, ensure that the demand is fulfilled.
- Identify and assign resources to multiple projects using internal and external resources.
- Ensure workable project plans according to resource availability.
- Achieve optimal resource utilisation and realisation targets.
- Contribute to achieving utilisation team targets by actively managing and maintaining resource schedules.
- Ensure demand fulfilment and efficiency gains by ensuring that skills sets are aligned to future demand.
- Take accountability for managing resourcing conflicts and escalations in accordance with project and business priorities.
- Contribute to the development of project plans ensuring their adherence to methodologies and processes
