They are currently sourcing for a passionate Human Resources Coordinator to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.

**About The Role**
Reporting into the Human Resources Manager as the Human Resources Coordinator, you will actively contribute to the efficiency of the department. Supporting on all administrative tasks you will drive operational productivity from a continuous improvement perspective. You will deliver accurate and timely outcomes on all human resources tasks including systems and data management, inbox and general enquiry management and onboarding while ensuring compliance with legislation and internal requirements.

Day to day you will:

- Provide general administration support to the business including monthly reporting, contract and letter generation, employee file and data management and new starter care.
- Update, maintain and ensure compliance of HR materials including policies and procedures in line with legal and business requirements.
- Deliver accurate support and guidance through inbox management, assisting where possible or escalating where necessary.
- HRIS management, resolving any issues internally or with suppliers.
