You will be responsible for executing, delivering, and hands on of creating data analytic approaches leading to actionable outcomes, developing, implementing, and automating business and reporting solutions, supporting data analysis interpretation, and supporting and developing analytical and statistical models enabling informed business decisions.

**The role**:

- Supporting and developing analytical reports, enabling informed business decisions by determining data and analytical requirements
- Gathering data and information on targeted systems in an established systematic fashion by validating data sources
- Querying, merging, and extracting data across sources, and completing routine data refresh and update
- Developing and delivering tools for electronic data collection and providing user training, support, and documentation
- Developing, implementing, and automating reporting solutions by working with stakeholders.
- Preparing data for analytic efforts by consolidating data, reviewing data for quality and accuracy, profiling data inaccuracies, and cleaning and creating final data set(s) for analysis
- Supporting data-informed decisions by consulting with users to identify and clarify business needs
- Developing outcomes and process measures, translating business requirements, determining data/information needs and data collection methods
- Participating in development and testing of delivery modules
- Working closely with engineering teams, sponsor and stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to be a single point of contact for any requirement clarification and design queries.
- Developing and maintaining platform requirements starting from inception to delivery
- Supporting creation of a delivery plan for quarterly product implementation

**What you will bring**:

- Proven Technology experience in ServiceNow, Splunk & ITIL
- As an excellent communicator (both written and oral communication skills), demonstrate the ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features
- Strong time management skills and good experience with DevOps and Agile Engineering practices
