**The opportunity
This role requires providing tactical analytics and reporting support for internal and external business needs, managing Corporate Wellness Pools & International Partnership Funds, and overseeing monthly accounts payable and receivable.

**How will I help?**

**You will add value by**:

- You’ll be the mastermind behind reporting and analytics solutions, using cutting-edge data warehousing, management, and reporting tools to deliver accurate insights that drive business growth.
- You’ll be the go-to-person for providing regular sales, service, revenue, and client reporting’s, keeping your finger on the pulse of the company’s financial performance, and ensuring all SLA requirements are met
- As the reporting and analytics guru, you’ll take charge of developing a brand-new dashboard from the ground up, as well as creating regular reports on existing data manually
- As the Funding Pool Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, accurate financial reporting, and proper utilisation management, using your expertise to drive process improvements and exceed benchmarks.

**What do I need?**
- Possess quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills,
- Demonstrated drive, ambition and intellectual curiosity for the health insurance industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders including technical and functional specialists, operational and line managers
- Having a background in data is considered an asset
