**The Opportunity**
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role that’s been thoughtfully shaped to meet the evolving needs of our business. As part of the Member & Advice Enablement function the Workforce Optimisation & Insights team is focused on empowering the business with data-driven insights, performance reporting, and strategic analytics.

As a Reporting and Analytics Specialist, you’ll play a central role in building a Centre of Excellence for analytics and reporting across Member & Advice. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and purpose to performance and strategic reporting—including (but not limited to) Complaints, Insurance, and Claims.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reporting & Governance: Own the full reporting lifecycle, ensuring frameworks are scalable, aligned to business goals, and built on strong data integrity.
- Insights & Analysis: Extract and interpret data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Automation & Visualisation: Develop dashboards and visualisation tools using Power BI to enable self-service and proactive decision-making.
- Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with stakeholders across Member & Advice to improve reporting usability and mentor teams in data literacy.
- Innovation & Improvement: Audit and retire outdated reporting assets, and maintain a prioritised backlog of initiatives to continuously enhance analytics capability.

**About You**
You’re a strategic and driven data professional who thrives in high-performing environments. You bring clarity to complexity, turning data into powerful insights that drive real impact. With a passion for analytics and a collaborative mindset, you're ready to influence decisions and elevate performance across the business.

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring:

- Experience: 5+ years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within superannuation or financial services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical tools (e.g., R, Python); experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Communication: Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Initiative & Ownership: Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Qualifications: A degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field is highly regarded.

**The US Way**
UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate. Therefore, we ask you to be able to commit to 60% of your time in office. UniSuper is proud of our culture and benefits, which empower our people to achieve their full potential, thrive, and grow their career with us. These include:

- 3 days office closure over Christmas
