As a Project Administrator you would be involved in the following duties:

- Organising pre and post install processes and related admin tasks.

*Invoicing of project claims and service works.

*Scheduling and co-ordinating installations with customers, field staff and contractors

*Serving as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

*Preparing and distributing project-related documents, reports, and meeting minutes.

*Ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, issues, and changes.

*Managing project documentation, including contracts, plans, permits, and approvals.

*Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.

*Supporting Procurement activities to maintain budget requirements.

*Handle CRM data entry and management with accuracy and attention to detail.

What we are looking for:
*Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.

*Ability to liaise with a variety of clients, office & site-based staff, suppliers and subcontractors.

*Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and strong organisational abilities.

*Advanced data processing skills ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

*Be a self-starter who can explore and qualify opportunities with little direction.

*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

*Excellent stakeholder engagement.

*A friendly, positive and professional customer-focused attitude.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
