This** Project Management Traineeship** program will be based in **Wagga Wagga**, commencing in February 2026, an exciting opportunity to launch your career with Transport for NSW

- No previous experience is required. You’ll receive comprehensive training, earn while you learn and develop in-demand skills through real, hands-on experience within a NSW government agency.
**About you**:
- You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident
- You have completed Year 12 or hold a Higher School Certificate (or equivalent).
- You are ready to commence full-time employment in February 2026
- You have reliable transport to travel to the office or depot.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are willing to learn and can manage your time and priorities effectively
- You demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive, accountable approach in all you do
- You take pride in consistently delivering your best across school, work, and personal life
- You proactively seek opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- You manage your time effectively and stay organised to meet your commitments

**Rates of pay are dependent on the year you completed year 12 (or the equivalent), please see below for details**:
- Year 12 school leaver (or equivalent) - $507.10 + super per week
- + 1 year out of school leaver (or equivalent) - $591.40 + super per week
- + 2 years school leaver (or equivalent) - $686.10 + super per week
- + 3 years or more school leaver (or equivalent) or before - $784.90 + super
