Inland Rail is looking for an experienced Administrator to provide professional, proactive support to our I2S Project Director and team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional outcomes.

About The Role
As an Administrator, you will deliver timely, accurate, and confidential support across a range of functions. From managing calendars and travel bookings to coordinating meetings and preparing reports, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You'll also play a key role in onboarding new team members, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining compliance with Inland Rail's policies and values.

Key Responsibilities May Include

  • Coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding and training logistics.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Maintain document management systems (including SharePoint).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Uphold Inland Rail's CARE values and commitment to safety.

About You
You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment in handling information.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
