- Remuneration of $3,420.28 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $4,104.34 gross per fortnight + superannuation.

**Your new role**:
This position is responsible for establishing, implementing and managing the project management framework within Council.

Key responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

- Prepare and implement project performance monitoring and reporting in terms of time, cost, and quality.
- Establish effective project and contract governance and administration processes and ensure they are consistently implemented across the projects.
- Undertake project administration functions including creating projects using Council’s online Project Management (PM) programs and coordinating with project managers to arrange project and team resources.
- Review and research on program of works and identify anomalies and assist in managing and delivering the project portfolio ensuring defined performance, financial and timeframe requirements are achieved using project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

**What you will need to succeed**:
In order to be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in end-to-end project management (initiation to completion and handover) methodologies and practices relevant to the role.

You will have extensive knowledge and experience in project management plans and work programs as well as project and contract administration. You will be able to negotiate, influence and consult with a wide range of stakeholders and you will be expected to be tertiary qualified in Project Management.
