- Lead enterprise-wide communications and employee experience strategies at Insignia Financial
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver impactful messaging and moments that matter
- Drive innovation in internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- We’re looking for a strategic and creative Employee Experience and Communications Partner to join our Organisational Development and Employee Experience team.
- Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this role will lead the design and delivery of best-practice communications and employee experience initiatives that enhance engagement, foster belonging, and bring our culture to life.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Act as a communications partner to key business areas, crafting and executing end-to-end strategies
- Create compelling content across channels—newsletters, intranet posts, executive messaging, presentations, and events
- Maintain communications calendars and stakeholder maps, identifying opportunities for innovation
- Lead employee experience projects and events that foster connection and engagement
- Support and coach senior leaders in delivering impactful communications
- Continuously improve communications and experience strategies using data, feedback, and insights
- Champion our employer brand and help shape a consistent and engaging employee experience across the organisation

**What You’ll Bring**
- 10+ years’ experience in communications, People & Culture, or organisational change, ideally within financial services
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, HR, Organisational Development, or related fields
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across all levels
- Experience delivering enterprise-wide engagement initiatives and events
- A strategic mindset with a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences
- Strong project management, planning, and execution skills
