**About the role**
In this role you will partner with leaders across our Amplar Health Business to solve complex problems and implement fit for purpose solutions that enable the achievement of the strategy for our business. With a specific emphasis on driving an engaged frontline healthcare workforce and delivering all people related initiatives to enhance our employee experience whilst delivering on commercial and strategic outcomes.
Where you can add value:
- Partner with senior leaders and P&C centres of excellence to develop and deliver impactful and fit for purpose people plans
- Manage specific people initiatives related to the client portfolio and contribute to broader initiatives across Amplar Health and the People Partnering team.
- Support Amplar Health to build a high performing culture by partnering with senior leaders to find creative solutions, initiatives, and strategies to target opportunities, complex problems, and identified gaps.
- Coach leaders on complex problems and opportunities in order to build leadership capability through the delivery of people and culture metric insights and analysis.
- Provide sound advice to support the business in managing employee and industrial relations matters to resolution, and thoughtfully manage complex workplace injury and illness cases.
- Effectively deliver on key cyclical HR activities and add value through the performance & rem review, talent & succession, capability, leadership, goal setting and engagement processes.

In terms of your experience, we’re looking for an experienced P&C Business Partner with a commercial mindset who can support our business as we grow as Amplar Health. You have previous experience partnering with business units undergoing transformation and delivering significant change.
You bring strong capability in coaching senior stakeholders on all things people related and partnering with them to provide sound and commercial advice that enhances the employee experience and achieves our desired client, patient and business outcomes.
Ideally, you will have a strong ER and IR background and be comfortable working with frontline teams. You are a self-starter who can quickly get up to speed on understanding business needs and can build trusted relationships quickly.
