**About the role
Join us as our inaugural Private Label Supply Partner for Clear Skincare Clinics (CSC) and be a trailblazer in our team This is a unique and exciting opportunity at Wesfarmers Health where you will have the chance to shape and establish the foundations of our private label supply chain operations.

As the Private Label Supply Partner for CSC, you will have a pivotal role in building and optimising our supply chain processes right from the start. Working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams, you will ensure the seamless delivery of our own branded products to our esteemed Clear Skincare Clinic and Priceline partners.

**The responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage purchase orders for CSC Private Label range, including DC-DC transactions, deliveries, Out of Stock updates, and compliance with Wesfarmers Health New Line procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Private Label - CSC supply chain requirements, collaborating with internal functions and external vendors to establish sustainable processes.
- Deliver Private Label supply chain reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams for promotions and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including policies and SLAs.
- Drive improvements to Private Label service results and implement best practices.
- Optimize the ordering process, reduce unhealthy stock, and contribute to overall business improvements.
- Foster a culture of learning and innovation, and competitiveness.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG Supply Chain replenishment and/or planning.
- Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- SAP experience is highly regarded.
- Project Management experience is highly regarded.
- Strong engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence across all levels of the business.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and handle issues effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment and work under pressure.
- Proven ability to influence others and prioritise inventory productivity and financial performance.
- Familiarity with end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including demand forecasting, purchasing, warehousing, and logistics.
- Critical-thinking skills to establish action plans and make fact-based decisions.

**Education/Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification/Work experience in business, commerce or related discipline that involves the development of reporting and analytics - highly regarded.
