**About the role**

We are looking for an Employee Communications Partner to join our growing Employee Communications team As the source of truth, we connect the hearts and minds of our people with our purpose and vision through conversation and meaningful messaging. Sitting within the People, Spaces & Sustainability team, this permanent role will see you partner with senior stakeholders within Data & Technology, Finance & Strategy and Trust, Legal & Compliance to deliver engaging communications and campaigns using a range of internal communication channels.

**Your impact**
- Ensure all communication is tailored to the audience and has a clear connection to Medibank’s purpose vision and strategy.
- Create and deliver creative and engaging communications strategies that ensure the successful delivery or embedding of stakeholder projects and programs.
- Provide strategic communication advice to Group and Senior Executives to ensure their communication is clear and impactful.
- Provide measurable and actionable insights to stakeholders to ensure project and program goals are achieved.
- Promote the incredible work of your stakeholder groups via Medibank’s internal communication channels, creating moments that matter for our people.

**Your experience**

You are a communications professional, with extensive experience in partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging and impactful internal communications strategies. You are self-motivated and solutions-focused professional, with the skills to engage at all levels of the business.
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage and consult effectively with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to assess opportunity and risk within a problem statement and are willing to roll up your sleeves when the situation demands.
- A strategic thinker who can work autonomously but also enjoys working in a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.
- Exceptional relationship building and engagement skills.
- Technical skills and experience with platforms like SharePoint Intranet, Viva Engage, Adobe Analytics and Swoop Analytics but don’t worry if you don’t, we can teach you

**Your qualifications**

You have relevant tertiary qualifications in a desirable field like Communications, HR, Public Relations or Marketing.
