Our People Partners are the engine room of the People and Culture team. They provide advice, support and guidance across the whole employee life cycle, including workforce planning and recruitment, interpreting HR policies, awards, and legislation, safety and injury management, and performance management. You will also analyse data, trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies. Working as part of a small and experienced team with supportive managers, you’ll be a confident communicator who prides themselves on excellent customer service and working effectively and efficiently to deliver our strategic goals.

We offer hybrid working, but face-to-face interaction with your allocated service and function leaders is essential. As an integral support function for our education professionals, solid partnering relationships are the cornerstone to your success in the role.
